At least 20 days.
What is the cost of developing a sample that we are charged?
It depends on the type of item that we are developing for you. In general, samples for leather goods range from $100-$175. Apparel ranges from $50-$100.
What is your turn around time once production order is placed with you?
We ask for a lead time of 20 days.
What is your quality assurance process?
We don’t give our customers inferior goods. We have a stringent quality control process in place.
Our sharp-eyed staff of inspectors, testers, and sorters make sure that our customers are getting value for their money.
Our inspectors, testers, and sorters are involved at every stage of the production process. They examine materials received from a supplier before sending them to the production line. They note problems, rejecting defective items outright or sending them for correction. During production, our qc staff check products by sight, sound, and feel to locate imperfections such as cuts, scratches, bubbles, missing pieces, and crooked seams.
They also verify the dimensions, color, weight, texture, strength, and other physical characteristics of our manufactured goods.
After production, dedicated qc staff members perform a final check on the finished product to make surenothing was missed during production.

What is the minimum quantity you will produce per style?
Since we work with companies small and large, we try to stay flexible in this area. Our ideal production range for a small order would be between 250 and 500 pieces.
What fabrics do you specialize in?
Cotton, polyester, leather, cotton-poly blends, fleece, cotton fleece,combed cotton, etc.
What type of clothes do you specialize in?
We manufacture a wide variety of goods.
Apparel: T-shirts, polos, fleece vests and jackets, hoodies and sweatshirts, track suits, curdora coats, gloves, softshell jackets, shorts, etc.
Leather: Jackets, bags, luggage, wallets, belts, briefcases, motorcycle leathers, leather pants, etc.
What countries are your factories located in? Our factory is in Pakistan. We have a partnership with COA Company, LLC in the United States.
